FLEX
is the perfect way for busy people all ages to volunteer in a
meaningful setting. Whatever you interests, whether it's
tutoring children, serving meals to the homeless, preserving the
environment, or providing companionship for seniors, we may
have just the right FLEX project just for you.

new opportunities that focus on the most pressing social issues

Before you can participate
in our FLEX Project Calendar there are a few things that you
must do:

orientation before you can participate in our FLEX
Project Calendar.

FLEX
projects:
- Involved direct, hands-on meaningful
activities that have real impact
- Require no on-going commitment - all
you need to do is volunteer whenever you are able to
- Address a wide variety of community
issues, including the environment, homelessness, at-risk
youth, animal welfare, education and much more
- Often take place outside of
traditional working hours and on weekends
- Take place at locations throughout LA
County
- Are led by
Project Leaders who
welcome and orient volunteers at each project.
- Require no special training or
experience
Family-friendly
Volunteering
Many FLEX projects
are a great opportunity for families to volunteer together. Look
