Community Court

The Community Court program (CC) is collaboration with Los Angeles Superior Court, Public Defender’s Office, and Los Angeles Police Department that serves as a resource and deterrent for local repeat petty offenders.  CC identifies eligible clients by implementing confidential client screenings—to identify fundamental needs propelling clients to repeat minor offenses—then links these clients to needed social services—including addiction treatment, health care, education, job training, etc.—and matches them to a host community service agency.

The CC office operates Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Note: All clients with  scheduled court appearances must report to the respective courtroom by 8:30 am on the day indicated on the citation or summons, unless otherwise instructed by court officials.
